Ms. Walser, a Vice President with O’Brien & Gere, has more than 23 years of experience and education in multiple engineering disciplines, and an extensive record of success in the public and private sector. She has managed a variety of engineering programs and projects in the United States, Asia, and Germany. Her experience includes worldwide project management, planning, and training in positions of successively greater scope and responsibility. For more than six years, she provided training to engineering planners and project managers, and has more than 20 years as a mentor. Currently, she is responsible for the leadership of business development activities within the Federal market sector, execution of market and business development strategies, managing existing client relationships, business development performance, and expanding the market’s client base.
