Dr. Nasr has over 22 years of experience in municipal and industrial wastewater engineering. As Senior Vice President with O’Brien & Gere, he is currently responsible for the supervision of multidisciplinary teams involved in complex engineering programs. He serves as the firm’s Wastewater Technical Coordinator and is responsible for providing expert guidance to in-house staff and clients. He is also responsible for implementing comprehensive, phased programs that address client needs cost-effectively and with minimal adverse impact. His technical experience includes highly specialized expertise with nutrient removal programs, and he holds several patents related to wastewater treatment technology.

Mr. Meinert has more than 17 years of experience in municipal and industrial water and wastewater engineering. He serves as Regional Leader for Mid-Atlantic wastewater projects and is involved in the company’s process technology and regulatory advocacy group. Mr. Kachalsky leads O'Brien & Gere's Metro New York region Total Water Solutions team. He has nearly 30 years of experience with wastewater and water programs, both large and small. His particular technical skills include hydraulics, membranes, wet weather programs, facility planning, design, and construction. Mr. Kachalsky led the first study of membrane technology for wastewater effluent treatment in the New York City Watershed, and has successfully managed engineering programs valued in the tens of millions of dollars.

Dr. Greene has more than 23 years of professional experience, and currently provides leadership and technical guidance for wastewater and ground water treatment applications. His areas of technical expertise include biological water treatment, including aerobic, anaerobic and anoxic operating regimes; solid/liquid separation technologies, including membrane filtration, centrifugation, preparative chromatography, vacuum filtration and sedimentation; and modeling. Dr. Greene is experienced in the areas of municipal and industrial wastewater treatment as well as environmental process research and development. He has performed original research, project management, technical guidance, feasibility evaluations, treatability studies, field demonstrations, full-scale start-ups, computer modeling and process troubleshooting.
